First, log into the Shopify Store Admin Portal.

Verify default location and product set-up

  1. Select Settings in the bottom left corner of the site of the Store Admin Portal page.
  2. Select Locations.
  3. Ensure a verifiable default location is selected.

  1. Select Products tab from Store Admin Portal page.
  2. Select the product.
  3. Verify only one location is assigned to the product.
  4. Verify the product weight is added.
  5. Products can not exceed 50 lbs each to qualify for OneRail shipping.
