Cancelling an Order

Once the product(s) are ready for pickup.

1. Open the OneRail app. in the Shopify Store Admin Portal.
2. Go to the Deliveries tab.
3. Select the order ready for delivery.
4. Open the order by selecting the Order ID.
5. Select Cancel Delivery

Note: Any delivery cancelled after OneRail has dispatched a driver will result in a a delivery fee charge.
